Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, though typically this is completed within 5-7 business days.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. We recommend including your order number and purchase details to expedite the cancellation process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The exact timing of when the credit will appear on your account depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

For items purchased using promotional codes or gift cards, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue store credit for future purchases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
